Avish born in Suriname, is a qualified Osteopath, possessing a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Human Biology and a Masters in Osteopathy from Unitec Institute of Technology in New Zealand.
He maintains an up-to-date annual practicing certificate with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and is a registered ACC provider.
Adopting a holistic perspective, Avish perceives the body as an interconnected entity. While he addresses the specific area of complaint, he seeks to uncover the underlying cause of your condition.

Deu is an Ara Institute of Canterbury graduate where she successfully completed her Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy.
She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while recognising the individuality of each person. While Deu has developed special interests in women’s health and paediatric care, she enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Through the use of a variety of manual therapy techniques, she delivers care tailored to support the outcomes you wish to achieve for your wellbeing.
Deu’s goal is to create a welcoming and collaborative space where patients feel empowered to take action in their health journey. This may include providing rehabilitative exercises, encouraging ergonomic adjustments, or offering lifestyle guidance to support long-term, sustainable improvements in health.
Originally a patient herself, Deu is excited to return to the Ōrewa Osteopathic Care Centre as a practitioner and hopes to give back to the community that played a role in shaping who she is today.
