Emil Ljubotenski is Macedonian by birth. He went to Rangitoto College in Mairangi Bay and did his varsity studies at Unitec in Mt. Albert.

Emil has practiced Orewa for just over four years now. Prior to working at Orewa he worked in clinics in Howick and Devonport for two years.
